Blowmoulders and bottle design development
Kosme Austria not only produces blowmoulders, but also offers bottle design development, which is realized in close cooperation with the customer. Starting with an idea, a bottle design customized to the individual requirements of the customer is worked out. If requested, a pilot mould for the production of customer-specific sample bottles can be produced. These bottles are then tested in an in-house laboratory with regard to the requested performance, before serial production of the blowmoulds is started. The moulds are produced in the Kosme mould production within a very short period of time.
The machine portfolio (2-step-process) includes linear stretch blowmoulders with 1-3 cavities for the production of containers from 0,5 – 30,0 l and rotary stretch blowmoulders with 4-8 stations for the production of containers from 0,05 -6,0 l.
The new compact machines distinguish themselves by their low space requirement. Contrary to the other rotary machines, the heating module and blowing module are positioned on a single platform. These machines are available with 3 and 4 stations for bottle sizes from 0,05 – 4,0 l.
